Bank-operated ATM: a bank-operated ATM is available outside exhibition hall 2.1, to the left of the main entrance. Post-operated ATM: an ATM operated by Swiss Post is available at the PostFinance Arena. There are other cash machines in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair venue.

Site access: the site and the halls are wheelchair-accessible. All buildings are equipped with ramps and lifts. Parking: disabled parking is available at Tschäppatstrasse and in the car park (fee payable).

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition halls nor anywhere else on the exhibition premises. Guide dogs are exempt from this rule.

A kiosk selling newspapers, drinks, snacks and more is available at the main entrance to hall 2.1. It is open to visitors during trade fair opening hours.

You can access the Wi-Fi quickly and easily by SMS login. At 2 Mbit/s, the speed is optimised for surfing the web and sending e-mails. If you require a faster connection, you can additionally purchase Wi-Fi vouchers from the exhibition office. Wi-Fi is available in exhibition halls 1, 2, 3 and 4 and in some of the outdoor areas.
